British businessman and founder of Saatchi & Saatchi advertising agency, Charles Saatchi, is at it again. Less than a year since his public throttling of his former wife, celebrity chef Nigella Lawson, at Scott’s restaurant in London, the mogul was caught in a heated row, but this time with his latest beau, Trinny Woodall, who was spotted at the scene in tears.

The alleged, shocking domestic took place at the same restaurant, and same al fresco table, as the attack on Lawson that saw their 10-year marriage come to a very bitter end.

Near-by paparazzi, who spotted Woodall and Saatchi in what looked like a dispute during a three-hour long lunch, managed to get snaps that won’t help the art mogul’s already waning reputation. Saacthi was photographed looking sour faced as TV presenter Woodall, tried, unsuccessfully, to hide her streaming tears under a pair of sunglasses.

An onlooker who spotted row said: “[Trinny] was a bag of nerves. Her hair looked all ruffled and her make-up was smudged. At one stage she removed her sunglasses to wipe away tears.”

While Woodall looked distraught, the 70-year-old art mogul is said to have finished almost a full bottle of red wine, barely flinching or showing emotion until his 50-year-old girlfriend eventually lost her temper.

British tabloid The Mail On Sunday, tried to contact Saatchi about the alleged attack but he denied there being an argument, even making an insensitive joke when emailing back the newspaper, saying: “Why not send a photographer to Scott’s tomorrow lunchtime, and I will give Trinny a good throttling in time for your deadline?”

At the time of the alleged attack on Lawson, Saatchi dismissed the ‘throttling’ as a “playful tiff’” however he later accepted a police caution.

Woodall started dating Saatchi just six months after his quickie divorce from Lawson and has seemed besotted throughout their nine-month relationship, even posting a happy image of her and her partner during her 50th birthday celebration on Instagram. Let’s hope this seemingly explosive spat is more tabloid fodder than unfortunate reality.
