It’s never just another day at the Emirates Woman HQ. This week I have been hanging out at the newly refurbished Ritz-Carlton Hotel, shooting main fashion with Tina Chang, played with solid gold Ray-Bans, met the amazing jeweller Anton Heunis at Harvey Nichols and ended the week at the Atlantis, The Palm’s ShuiQi Spa for a little ‘Ohm’ improvement.
New Rooms At The Ritz-Carlton
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, gave Emirates Woman a private tour of their new Dubai Royal Suite. It boasts a cinema, two bedrooms, a private study and a kitchen – essentially a decadent home away from home. All this plus a Jacuzzi and rain shower in the bathroom, as well as luxurious Asprey products, designer furnishings and golden marble, makes the hotel a wonderful Dubai retreat. On The Set Of The Main Fashion Shoot
A far cry from my fluffy robe at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Myself and my fashion crew were shooting around the industrial back drop of Al Quoz, at Cylingas HQ and 8th Street Studios.

Irena from Bareface is the modelling dare devil, rock climbing Al Quoz-style.
Fashion Assistant Carmel is still smiling even after packing up at least 30 outfits and 50 pairs of shoes. Fast fashion at it’s best!

Testing The New Aromatherapy Associates Treatment
It’s finally the end of the week and I would like to finish where I started, in a robe and relaxing.
With assistance from our friends at the Atlantis, the Palm’s ShuiQi Spa along with the Aromatherapy Associates, I’m road tested the new massage – Inner Peace. This is the first oil they have developed in 20 years and Co-Founder & President of the brand, Geraldine Howard, told me: ” I created this oil at a time when i needed to find my own inner strength. I hope this will help others too.”
