The UAE’s first handroll bar has also launched its second branch at The Square by NAS in Meydan this year. This space offers guests an interactive and vibrant handroll bar experience in an exciting new setting. Kokoro at the Square by NAS will feature a sleek 23-seat counter, inviting guests to watch the chefs in action while immersing themselves in the artistry of freshly prepared handrolls and nigiris, including its popular Spicy Tuna Handroll and A5 Wagyu Nigiri. While the handrolls are the star of the show, Kokoro’s signature salads, crudo dishes, sashimi and more. It’s all set to open mid january from 1pm to 11:30pm, and is closed on Fridays. Additionally, Kokoro is pulling out all the stops with a full week of celebrations, including exclusive anniversary handrolls and nigiris, and chances to win prizes from the Kokoro claw machine. The activities and anniversary handrolls, such as the Zesty Toro, Spicy Akami, Spicy King Nani and Anniversary Nigiris, the Madai and Shima Aji, are available from March 22 to 29, 2025.
