SIRO One Za’abeel is a one-of-a-kind recovery escape in the city pushing the edges of fitness and recovery experience.
THE STAY
The rooms are designed as sanctuaries for restorative sleep. Its minimalistic interiors are intentionally crafted in collaboration with AC Milan’s sleep consultant Ana West to minimise distractions and enhance total recovery and relaxation. Aside from the sleep-optimised rooms, the attention to detail extends to its well-being facilities as in-room bath experiences from Epsom salt baths to ice baths.
There are two Suite types for those who are looking to level up their stay – both come with personalised offerings including sleep-optimising technology and a private treatment room. The Fitness Suites are tailored to guests looking to supercharge their performance, with a private workout area equipped with the latest fitness gear as well as a suspended boxing bag. Meanwhile, the Recovery Suites prioritise active healing with a low seated dining area and recovery bathtub that looks over stunning skyline views.
THE DINING
The commitment to fitness and recovery extends to the nutrition experiences during your stay. Upon check-in, it’s hard to miss the vibrant grab-and-go concept, Refuel Bar Grab & Go designed for both hotel residents and members of the Fitness Lab. This space is dedicated to offering a range of signature shakes and healthy treats for pre- or post-workout nutrition such as pre-workout blends, protein shakes, rejuvenating juices, organic teas, superfood lattés and health-boosting shots as well as fresh dips and crudités to parfaits and puddings, energy bites, fresh fruits, sandwiches, salad and rice bowls.
Before or during your stay, guests can engage in their dietary journey through a biohacking consultation with the in-house nutritionist that will aim to deep dive on your food psychology, health and medical history to arm you with health knowledge and recommend the necessary steps to reach your health goals. Custom modular meals can be activated through the in-house culinary team offering a variety of options ranging from gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, low-carb, high protein, low- and high-calorie.
For an added dining experience, The Link showcases an eclectic portfolio of culinary concepts by renowned chefs in one location. The SIRO in-house nutritionist can also curate the menu from each Link restaurant, ensuring they align with your nutrition plans.
THE FITNESS
The Fitness Lab sprawled across Level 30 – an expansive 885 square meters space where guests are invited to experience different zones including strength and conditioning, cardio, and free weights areas. It offers a comprehensive fitness experience along with best-in-class equipment and atmospheric studios that runs signature classes like boxing sessions and cycling, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a 360-degree view of Dubai’s skyline. A well- rounded support system – there’s a full team of people working in-house whose job is to optimise you and guide you to reach your fitness goals whether you’re a beginner or a pro.
THE WELLNESS
Upstairs on Level 31, there’s the Recovery Lab devoted to holistic detox and recovery treatments such as a private cryotherapy room, vibroacoustic therapy by Welnamis, The Triple Detox by MLX i3Dome, Proverb Modular Stretch Massage, Skin Workout and more. It also features chill-out zones such as a zen room and a relaxing lounge to recharge that showcases a Himalayan salt wall to purify the air and balance the nervous system.
