The team are hospitable and warm, emerging each time from the kitchen ready to serve the freshest catch, flown in from Greece daily. At estiatorio Milos, the family-style sharing dishes highlight the purity and simplicity of the ingredients. The menu features warm and cold appetisers, alongside must-try signatures include the Milos Special (a tower of paper-thin fried zucchini and eggplants with house-made tzatziki and Kefalograviera cheese), Grilled Scallops, Sea Urchins, Lobster Pasta, and Salt Crusted Fish. Accompanying the seafood is a vast selection of Greek Mediterranean grape. Make room for the signature dessert, Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream served with thyme honey and toasted walnuts for a sweet ending.
