Fashionistas in Abu Dhabi rejoiced last night as the prestigious Galleria at Sowwah Square officially opened its doors. The high end luxury mall has brought with it a lot of firsts in the capital including stores like Tory Burch, Christian Louboutin and Alexander McQueen to name a few. EW went to check it out.
The opening attracted huge crowds and VIP guests were treated to delicious canapés such as smoked salmon blinis and onion tartlets
Fashion Editor Angela Beitz’s first stop was the Diane Von Furstenburg store where she tried on the Ernestina Lace Detail Dress for the evening
We were then treated to canapés in the stunning Alexander McQueen boutique while we browsed the beautiful collections
