An entirely new concept has arrived in Dubai. Say hello to Salmon Guru. Founded by Diego Cabrera the concept originates from Madrid and last year was voted #24 on the World’s 50 Best Bars and won the Michter’s Art of Hospitality award. Its new Business Bay venue marks the first time the concept has gone global. Guests can immerse themselves in the unique drinks execution by sitting in or behind the detailed open bar stations. The venue itself, while intimate, combines three distinct vibes. There is a 60’s Tropical Speakeasy section, an Asian Night Market, and a Comic Book themed area. Located at The Opus by OMNIYAT designed by Zaha Hadid, in Business Bay, it’s a must-visit spot.
