Ahlam Shahin launched her namesake label in 2016 and has continued to champion her vision of understated elegance. For the Dubai-based brand’s SS22 collection, the designer took inspiration from a painting by Jackson Pollock entitled ‘The Moon Woman’ which feature a series of curved lines and vibrant colours, which are reflected in the pieces. Flowy fabrics such as chiffon and silky satin have been used in striking hues of yellow, orange, red and blue.
