Sweet treat

Four-Seasons-Cake

For those hosting iftar at home, Four Seasons Dubai’s Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert has created the perfect cake to indulge in as a sweet treat for guests. The chef has taken inspiration from the date-filled ma’moul cookie, a popular Arabic dessert, to create this impeccable cake priced at Dhs250. Filled with layers of artisanal pistachio cream with a hint of orange blossom, this delectable dessert also features notes of almond in the dough and is completed with resh pistachio and a mashrabiya patterned cardamom crust. The cake is available for pick-up orders at Shai Salon throughout Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr.

Available daily for pick-up from Shai Salon throughout Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr.

Break your fast in style

Four-Seaons-DIFC-Mina
