HER DIET
Breakfast:
Two soft-boiled eggs
One slice of whole-wheat toast
One cup of coffee
Lunch:
Salad with lemon and olive oil dressing

Salmon with quinoa, broccoli and a salad
HER EXERCISE ROUTINE
“I’d gotten bored of going to the gym,” says Amira. “Doing the same types of classes had become stale. Then I discovered Flywheel. I loved the atmosphere, the efficiency of the workout, the endorphin high and the music. Through the classes I discovered how essential fitness was to my sanity, my physical health, and how much I could transform my body through working out. Over two years, I lost about 30lbs and went down from a size 29inch waist to a size 24inch.”
