Her Highness Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed Al Maktoum showed her support for local designers in the region over the weekend, officially opening the Icons Exhibition at the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai.
The 25th edition of the event, which is run by Emirati designer Roudha Al Shamsi, took place over the weekend from July 8 to July 10, with Her Highness attending on the final day.
The Icons Exhibition aims to shine a light on the many incredible designers and entrepreneurs from this region, hosting events in and around Dubai.
Several beloved local designers made were at the exhibition including Al Mraikn, Azzalia, SAS Collection, Manal Design, Glosh, Mariam Almulla and more.

Sheikha Mahra, daughter of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, attended the event and was seen taking several photos with prominent content creators and influencers in the fashion industry.
Emirati content creator and entrepreneur Joorry, who is the founder of Caftan by Joorry and Joorry Perfumes was in attendance as well as Maryam Saeed, Co-Founder of Al Mraikn.

Noha Nabil, a prominent Kuwaiti content creator and founder of Noha Nabil Beauty, was in attendance at the exhibition a couple of days prior to Her Highness’ appearance.
The Icons Exhibition is held on a monthly basis at different locations around Dubai shining a light on local designers and entrepreneurs from this region.
