The lovely people at Flywheel Dubai opened up their doors last week for Team EW and the lucky winners of an emirateswoman.com competition to join them in a FlyBarre class. An all over body-toning workout, FlyBarre is all you need to lift those glutes, get Jessica Biel biceps and a perfectly flat tummy.
If you are (like us) on a constant quest to keep fit and fabulous and have upped you’re training regime to be trim and taught for bikini season – this is the workout for you.
So with our weights in hand, balls at the ready and bands on standby, we were fired up and ready to feel the burn!
With the amazing Barry Ennis taking us through the motions, we pulsed, pumped and sweat our way through an intense but thoroughly enjoyable hour.
