To mark Saudi Arabia’s 90th National Day, MDLBEAST has collaborated with rising talents to create an exclusive new soundtrack Watani 90.

The Middle Eastern lifestyle and entertainment brand has teamed up with Saudi vocalists, Lulwa Al Sharif, Sultan Alkhalid and Badr Hakeem to produce the song. In addition, the Saudi Men and Women’s Choir and Saudi producers Ali Alsharif and Vinyl Mode have also collaborated for the new soundtrack.

Watani 90, which translates to the ‘Nation’s 90th’ in English, fuses old lyrics derived from patriotic songs of the past such as Fawq ham alsahb  Yaslamy ealaykum yal-Saudia, which have been reinterpreted with a modern sound.

Organisers have also chosen Freqways, an online virtual platform, to take EDM enthusiasts on a virtual trip to iconic locations around the Kingdom to showcase destinations through music, art and culture in celebration of Saudi National Day.
