You can never go wrong in the style department with classic Italian pieces in your wardrobe.

The craftsmanship and attention that goes into the pieces that are produced from the European nation is hard to beat, but with so many good brands offering incredible pieces it can be hard to choose what we actually need in our wardrobes.

However, with Net-A-Porter’s latest launch of The Italian Collective, celebrating the heritage of style from the region, the curated capsule collection from selected brands is here to give your wardrobe the perfect touch of Italian style it needs.

With pieces in ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories and jewellery available from Aquazurra, Giuliva Heritage, Blaze Milano, Gianvito Rossi, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Tod’s, Versace and more, you could realistically create a whole new wardrobe from this collective.

While capsule collection celebrates the Italian fashion heritage, the latest launch is also giving back to the nation. Twenty per cent of the profits from the collection are set to be donated to the Italian Red Cross which is directly supporting those who are on the frontlines of the global pandemic.

Whether they’re working in health services, emergency services, support work, awareness campaigns and more, the Italian Red Cross aims to support those who have been working tirelessly in order to help others.

Discussing the Italian Collective, Elizabeth von der Goltz, the Global Buying Director for Net-A-Porter explained the new launch for the e-commerce site is set to shine a light on the “creativity, craftsmanship and quality” of Italian brands, whilst also giving back to the community.

“Italian style is renowned for being chic, glamourous and the ultimate in luxury,” she said. “During this challenging time, we hope to highlight the creativity, craftsmanship and quality of Italian brands, while at the same time, bring the allure of an Italian summer to our customers.

“We are honoured to be donating 20 per cent of the profits to the Italian Red Cross.”
