Is there something that Priyanka Chopra can’t do? Not only can she act, sing and dance but she is also capable of lighting up a runway.
On Saturday night, Nick Jonas and his brothers played their final Happiness Begins tour show in Paris, which Priyanka missed cause she was strutting down the runway in Mumbai. The Bollywood beauty walked the grand finale of India’s Blenders Pride Fashion Tour, where she gave us a modern take on the sari.
The Sky is Pink actress wore an edgy black ensemble by Tarun Tahiliani. Taken from the designers 25th anniversary collection, the sari was draped to accentuate her figure. Instead of the classic drape on one shoulder, the pallu was draped across the back and off the shoulders. For the modern twist, Priyanka paired her sari with a sleeveless corset blouse, which featured gold embroidery.

Tarun Tahiliani wasn’t the only Indian designer championed by the actress that night. Priyanka completed her look with Borderless statement earrings from Indian luxury jewellery brand, Isharya.

Not only was this a winning fashion look, but the 37-year-old also served a dramatic makeup look, which included a cleopatra-esque winged eyeliner, which traced all the way to her crease. Created by Mumbai based makeup artist Daniel Bauer, the look combined both glamour and edge.
