Can’t argue with the science
Palestinian-American Bella Hadid is one of the fashion industry’s most in demand models. The 23-year-old has walked for countless designer brands including: Chanel, Christian Dior and Fendi to name a few. Over the years, Bella’s been recognised for her strong features, and now she has been named the world’s most beautiful woman.
Dr Julian De Silva, Harley Street facial cosmetic surgeon used a combination of modern computerised mapping techniques with an ancient measurement of physical perfection to figure out who is the most beautiful woman in the world. That title was bestowed upon Bella, beating out the likes of Beyoncé, Cara Delevingne and Katy Perry.

Bella’s feature were found to be 94.35 per cent accurate to the ‘golden ratio’. Speaking on this, Dr De Silva said: “she was the clear winner when all elements of the face were measured for physical perfection. She had the highest overall reading for her chin which, with a score of 99.7 per cent, is only 0.3 per cent away from being the perfect shape.”
Speaking on his research, the surgeon who runs the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery, said: “These brand new computer mapping techniques allow us to solve some of the mysteries of what it is that makes someone physically beautiful and the technology is useful when planning patients’ surgery.”
According to his scientific research, Queen B ranked second with 92.44 per cent. Meanwhile, Aquaman actress Amber Heard came in third with 91.85 per cent, followed by pop-star Ariana Grande, who got 91.81 percent putting her in fourth place. Moreover, at number five came one of the 90s most iconic models, Kate Moss with 91.05 per cent.
Regardless of what this research has stated, beauty is a subjective concept. What the ancient Greeks or the facial cosmetic surgeon deem as beauty, may not be what beauty means to you.
