It’s a week full of celebrations for the family!
Yesterday, members of the Jordanian Royal family took to Instagram to wish King Abdullah II, a happy birthday. However, it turns out the King wasn’t the only one celebrating, as the young Prince Hashem shares a birthday with his father.

The Jordanian monarch, celebrated his 57th birthday, while the little Prince, who is his and Queen Rania’s youngest child, turned 14. The Royal family took to Instagram to share their intimate messages, including the King’s eldest son, Crown Prince Hussein, who captioned his post, “Happy birthday to His Majesty and my dear brother Hashem.”

Prince Hashem is the youngest of four siblings. The Crown Prince is the eldest, followed by Princess Iman, who is 22-years-old, and Princess Salma who is 18. Queen Rania also posted two separate pictures on her official Instagram, in celebration of the joint birthdays. Her first post was dedicated to her husband, which she captioned, “Wishing a happy birthday to my King and lifelong partner.”

The Queen also shared a heartwarming message to her son, “You hold a very special place in my heart. Happy birthday, my Prince Hashem!”

Back in 2017, the Jordanian Queen blessed us with a throwback picture from 2006, of the King and Prince Hashem, who was only one at the time. She wrote a touching message to accompany the sweet photo, “You are our children’s greatest role model! Happy to share this wonderful father and son moment back in 2006”
