DÉCOR
Created by the award-winning New York restaurant designer Adam Tihany, the style is sleek, modern and bold – all the aesthetics required for a contemporary hub. It has to be said that this is one of the largest restaurants in town, with cavernous dining areas both indoors and outdoors. But don’t let this fool you – so popular is this on Fridays that advanced booking is still essential.
AMBIENCE
It’s all about the ‘dining drama’ and that’s exactly what you get here with 20 live theatrical cooking stations at which the skilled chefs prove that cooking is a truly fanciful and impressive art.
The number of cooking stations is almost equalled by the number of drink stations, with cocktail and vino zones that cater to a rather gregarious crowd.
FOOD
It’s no surprise that Saffron is being dubbed one of the best brunches in Dubai. Literally, every palate and every food intolerance is catered for. From sushi and fresh seafood to burgers, pizzas, steaks, stir-fries and salads, you name it and they have it.
