She’s a true fashion icon, and Naomi Campbell has just celebrated a birthday. While she looks about 25, the supermodel turned 48 on May 22.
As you’d expect for someone with that kind of legend status, it’s been widely celebrated by fashion’s big names, and chief among them is Bella Hadid.

The half-Palestinian model has shared a few photos of herself with Campbell, along with some very sweet birthday wishes.
“Happy Birthday to our queen. You know how much I love & admire you,” Hadid wrote.
“Thank you for inspiring and teaching me the way you do. I love you deeply! Sending you love and light on your beautiful trip, I know all The blessings you deserve are lined up for you this year!”
Those gorgeous photos are pretty recent, too. Hadid and Campbell are pictured on the runway at Fashion for Relief at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, and at a Dior event the same week.
The Fashion for Relief gala, founded by fashion icon Naomi Campbell back in 2005, this year supported the Time’s Up movement, as well as Save The Children.
Her friendship with Hadid isn’t Campbell’s only Middle East connection, either. You almost can’t mention the super without then bringing up the late, great Tunisian fashion designer Azzedine Alaïa.
The pair were very close, with many of Campbell’s most iconic looks designed by Alaïa.
Campbell was in Dubai just last month to support her friend Diddy when he performed at nightclub Gotha.
