Available from February 7, 2024 guests can savour a curated Chinese New Year Menu with Temari Dragon Rolls, Creamy Lobster Soup, Chinese Style Salmon Sashimi, Scallop Xiao Long Bao and much more. The delicious menu is complemented by an ambiance that makes the theme come to life. Outside, two trees adorned with mini lanterns and hanging wish cards that guests can hang. Inside, the restaurant will come alive with red fans, lanterns, red florals and gold decor, creating the picture perfect moment. On the eve of February, 10, 2024, a Lion Dance will bring along luck, while a skilled Chinese Calligrapher showcases the art of traditional writing, inscribing guests' names on beautiful red paper, creating personalised souvenirs to cherish. The menu is available until February 22, 2024.

MOLI by SHI

For some authentic Asian cuisine, Moli by Shi is the freshest addition to Dubai’s culinary scene. Kicking off the Lunar New Year celebrations, the evening will commence with a personalised Zodiac Cocktail. The gastronomic journey will begin with a variety of flavourful starters, such as Dragon Fruit Tiger Prawn and Crispy Angus Beef Eggplant Roll; followed by a selection of Dim Sum and more. The Dragon Feast is priced at Dhs350 per person and children below six years old dine for free. The Chinese New Year festivities will run from the February 5 to the 11th February - with special emphasis on the 9th and 10th evening, where guests can experience the enchanting Lion.

Demon Duck

Situated at the newly rebranded property, Chef Alvin Leung’s culinary hotspot at Banyan Tree Dubai will mark the Year of the Dragon with a five-course tasting menu accompanied by a traditional dragon dance. Guests can indulge in a symphony of flavours with offerings such as Dragon Beard Dumplings, Hot & Sour Lobster Soup, Lo Hei Salmon Slaw, and the signature Slow-Roasted Demon Duck served with lettuce wraps, calamari buns, and CNY sauce. The menu further entices with 48-hour Beef Short Ribs with kalbi sauce, Lobster featuring green onion & ginger, Lo Hon Mixed Vegetables, and Stir-Fry Long Life Noodles with mushrooms. Culminating the feast on a sweet note is the irresistible Crepe Flambe served with mandarin and coconut ice cream. This exquisite menu will be available from February 9 to 18, 2024 for Dhs520 per person.

Hakkasan Dubai

This authentic haven invites diners to bring in the Year of the Dragon with a limited-edition menu. The eight-course menu include a lobster salad with nashi pear created by Hakkasan Dubai’s Executive Chef Andy Toh; a smoked eight treasure duck from Hakkasan Abu Dhabi; the ‘Wishes of Prosperity’ dim sum from Hakkasan Riyadh; and a claypot Galician seabass with spring onion and pepper from Hakkasan Shanghai. The meal ends on a sweet note with the ‘Auspicious Dragon’, a cayenne chocolate mousse paired with a spicy raspberry compote and salted streusel. This one-of-a-kind offering is available from February 9 to 24, 2024 and is priced at Dhs788 per person.
