The weekend is finally here, and we’re going to make the most of it with cinema trips, seafood dinners, new brunches and a spot of pampering…

Thursday 6

Check out the latest Hollywood blockbuster

Gone Girl left us with a thirst for psychological thrillers, and this new release should help quench it somewhat. The Girl on the Train – adapted from the bestselling novel by Paula Hawkins – follows the story of recent divorcee Rachel, whose people-watching on her daily commute lands her in dangerous territory. Grab some popcorn and a front row seat and watch Emily Blunt work her magic onscreen.

In cinemas across Dubai from October 6.
