Do some yoga for good

Naya Yoga and Pilates are running three yoga and meditation sessions at Dubai Internet City Amphitheatre.  The sessions are free, but they ask that you donate a minimum of Dhs50 to attend. the donation goes toward the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children. This is the first non-profit shelter in the UAE for women and children victims of domestic violence, child abuse and human trafficking and 100 per cent of the proceeds will go to their cause. Classes start from 4pm to 5pm: vinyasa flow with Juana Basto, 5.10pm to 6.10pm: restorative/yin yoga with Kathryn Cantwell and 6.15pm to 6.45pm: pranayama and mediation with Kathryn.
