In the UK, the King has urged people to make the most of the public holiday and participate in “THE BIG HELP OUT” – where people will volunteer to help all sorts of charities and community projects. Following a similar sentiment, this gala is origanised to provide aid for initiatives like Gulf For Good and Larchfield Children’s Home, Tanzania.

The newest hot spot at the recently opened Atlanis The Royal is offering a five-course tasting menu, influenced by the dishes served at Britain’s previous coronations. The menu will include nostalgic gastronomical items from the coronation of the previous monarchy like that of British King Henry V in 1413 and George IV in 1821.
