Take a look at some of their best Ramadan offerings during the Holy Month.

A ‘royal’ iftar

Enjoy the culinary riches of the Arab world at Four Seasons Resort Dubai’s Suq restaurant. The Arabian haven is hosting a royal iftar buffet paired with a band traditional playing hymns for guests to enjoy while breaking their fast. Incorporating a series of Emirati dishes including Meat Madfoun, Chicken Mandi and Saffron rice, as well as the delicacies from wider Arabia including freshly made Kushari, Saj and Halwa, there’s a culinary offering for everyone. End iftar with a sweet treat such as Turkish ice cream and a Baklava station followed by refreshing beverages and shisha on the open-air terrace. Prices start from Dhs390 per person, Dhs195 for children aged six to 12 and children below six dine free.

Available daily from sunset to 10.30pm.

Sweet treat

For those hosting iftar at home, Four Seasons Dubai’s Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert has created the perfect cake to indulge in as a sweet treat for guests. The chef has taken inspiration from the date-filled ma’moul cookie, a popular Arabic dessert, to create this impeccable cake priced at Dhs250. Filled with layers of artisanal pistachio cream with a hint of orange blossom, this delectable dessert also features notes of almond in the dough and is completed with resh pistachio and a mashrabiya patterned cardamom crust. The cake is available for pick-up orders at Shai Salon throughout Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr.

Available daily for pick-up from Shai Salon throughout Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr.

Break your fast in style

Indulge in a stylish iftar in the heart of DIFC at MINA Brasserie where celebrity chef Michael Mina bridges the flavourful gap between Arabian and western cuisine. For Dhs275 enjoy a three-course iftar where you can indulge in popular dishes such as the Braised Lamb Shank blending earthy flavours with a serving of mushroom orzo and the Levantine classic Fatteh.

Available daily from sunset to 8.30pm.

Practising gratitude

While it’s important to spend time with loved ones during the Holy Month, it’s also a time to reflect, look inwards and find true inner peace. Throughout Ramadan Four Seasons Dubai’s The Pearl Spa and Wellness is hosting weekly 45-minute meditation sessions every Wednesday for Dhs115 where you will be guided by experts to focus on appreciation and gratefulness pre-iftar.

Available every Wednesday in Ramadan from 6.15pm to 7.00pm.
