As many people head into the second month of lockdown, the novelty of staying home could be starting to wear off.

Routines have most likely gone out the window, and trying to maintain as resemblance of normality can be difficult, especially in the exercise department. We bet sitting on the couch snuggling down to binge-watch a Netflix series is a lot more appealing than doing a full body workout during isolation, it’s also a trap that’s too easy to fall into.

However, not to worry EW has got you covered to get your fitness motivation back. Whether your a gym-buff or not, Dubai-based fitness guru Lilly Sabri — who wants to “help thousands of people” during this period of self-isolation — has rounded up 10 easy exercises you can do from home, with no equipment, which will give you a full-body workout.

From curtsy lunges, to jump squats, to crunches, to back planks — these 10 exercises will definitely get your muscles moving.
