The Lebanese jewellers behind the design have really outdone themselves…
It’s that time of year again. US lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret are gearing up for their annual runway show, set to be held in Shanghai this time around.
In advance of that event, they’ve released pictures of the heavily bejewelled fantasy bra. It’s probably a little over the top for everyday wear, but we have to say, it’s pretty beautiful.

And better yet? It was made by Lebanese jewellers Mouawad. We’re not surprised – when you want opulence, this is very much the part of the world you want to head to.
Here’s a closer look:
This year’s creation is valued at US$2 million (Dhs7.35 million) and includes nearly 6,000 white diamonds, yellow sapphires, and blue topazes. That’s 640 karat of stones, and it’s all set in 18-karat gold. Very low key, very casual.
The set comes with a matching belt, earrings and and earrings, because when you’re wearing millions of dirhams worth of precious stones you have to accessorise.
Victoria’s Secret always make a big deal about which model will be chosen to wear the high-priced set, and this year, that honour goes to Brazilian beauty Lais Beiro. She’s worked with the brand since 2010, and said on Instagram she was thrilled to be chosen.
“I’ve been holding this secret for too long and I am beyond honored to announce that I will be wearing the Champagne Nights Fantasy Bra this year,” the mum of one wrote. “I am very happy and thankful for my Victoria’s Secret family for trusting me and all the support from my on family, friends and fans!”
The Victoria’s Secret runway show will take place on Tuesday November 28.
