Prepare to get Carried away…
Note: As of November 29, Sarah Jessica Parker’s trip to Dubai has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.
Her shoe collection was a marvel to behold on Sex and the City, but you might be able to get Sarah Jessica Parker’s magic touch on your own pair of sole mates next month.
The actress-turned-designer, who played Carrie Bradshaw in the hit HBO show, is coming to the UAE for some rather special appearances.

The Hocus Pocus star will be signing pairs of her SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker shoe collection for lucky customers in Abu Dhabi’s Yas Mall on Thursday December 7.
You have to buy a pair of shoes from the range on that day to have the opportunity to meet Parker, who will then sign your footwear.
She’ll be at the mall between 12.15pm and 2.15pm, before heading down to Dubai the next day.
The actress will then appear at the Shangri-La Dubai Nojoom Ballroom between 3pm and 5.30pm on Friday December 8, where you can shop her collection.
“The UAE was the first international market to welcome SJP Collection three years ago, and it’s a real privilege and treat to finally be heading back for our second visit,” Parker said in a statement.
“Launching in this particular territory was, and still is, such a massive opportunity for us to reach a completely new customer, and we’ve had a lot of fun dreaming up and creating shoes with these gorgeous women in mind. I’m so looking forward to visiting again and spending time with those who have helped our little company find a real home here.”
The line, which the star launched with business partner George Malkemus III in 2014, has a real ’70s influence (think sparkles and statement silhouettes), and can be found at House of Fraser, Tryano, Bloomingdale’s and Level Shoe District.
