Check out a major hitmaker

If the above song has been featuring on your summer ’17 playlists as heavily as it has on ours, there’s every chance you’re already heading to Calvin Harris’s after-race concert this Thursday. Our top tip is to get an Abu Dhabi Hill pass for Friday, which will get you access to that evening’s J. Cole concert, as well as Calvin Harris the night before, for Dhs395. Not bad. We’ve also heard that Tips and Toes will be on the Link Bridge in the Yas Viceroy Hotel from 12-8pm each day of the F1, offering free hairstyling with Eideal tools. Gotta stay looking fresh.

Pick up some covetable new-season finds

Eileen Fisher

We’re always on the look-out for luxe transitional pieces here at Emirates Woman (the sun teamed with office air-con means we often live in layers), and we’re picking up this season’s from one particular New York brand. Eileen Fisher combines timeless silhouettes with elegant fabrics—think plenty of featherlight velvets, relaxed crepes, and contemporary denims—for easy day-to-night appeal. The collection is available at Harvey Nichols-Dubai, and we think it might be claiming quite a lot of our next pay check…
