Guess the way to a Khal’s heart is through his stomach…
Jason Momoa, Game of Thrones star and member of one of Hollywood’s most photogenic families, has been spending some time in Saudi Arabia. From the looks of it, he won’t be leaving hungry.
The actor was in the Kingdom for Comic Con Arabia, which took place in Riyadh from November 23-25.

Joined by his trainer, WWE star Mada Abdelhamid, Momoa spent his downtime in the capital eating like a king. Food is always a highlight of our travel too. Who knew we had so much in common with Khal Drogo?
Abdelhamid shared a before and after shot of the pair a meal, and wow. That is a lot of food.
“Now this is what I call a FEAST!!!!! Eating like kings over here in Saudi Arabia,” the wrestler wrote. “We literally couldn’t move afterwards…. but we couldn’t stop eating either.”
Momoa is the best part of two metres tall, so we’re thinking he can probably put away a fair amount of food. He told Arab News he was enjoying the Saudi fare.
“The food in Saudi Arabia is good. I missed Thanksgiving at home, so this was a true substitute,” Momoa said, adding that he wished his family was with him.
The Hawaiian actor shared some of his own shots on Instagram, saying he’d been treated like royalty and again praising the kingdom’s food. High praise.
Momoa has two children with his wife, actress Lisa Bonet. Aside from his role on Game of Thrones, Momoa is known for his role on the Netflix series Frontier.
He also seems like a great guest. You’re welcome in the UAE any time, mate.
