We’re filling shopping carts all over the internet.
Shopping as a whole is something we take very seriously around here. Between the race to find out about cool up-and-coming brands before they reach saturation point, and the 20,000 steps it can take to traverse the mall on a Saturday afternoon, you could say it takes up a fair amount of our energy.
There’s something extra special about accessories, though. With their outfit-transforming power and potential for everyday wear (surely we’re not the only ones who get emotionally attached to their handbags) it’s a whole deal.
In that spirit, we’ve rounded up a few highlights from some of our favourite regional labels. Happy shopping.

Jewellery from Rabih Kayrouz
This Lebanese designer is famed for his playful use of proportion in clothing, and his jewellery takes the same cues. We love this seashell-inspired bangle.
Check out the brand’s website and their range on Farfetch.
Bags from Azra
Those of us who love the idea of wearing colour but struggle to actually pull the trigger could definitely benefit from a charming little tangerine number like this one from Azra. Made from cow and camel leather in Dubai, all of Azra’s bags are simple, clean and practical, without sacrificing any sense of style.
Their newly released Luna is also definitely worth a look. Prices range from Dhs900-1900. Check out their site.
Earrings by Shamsa Alabbar
We love a non-matching pair of earrings, and this pair from Emirati designer Shamsa Alabbar is a brilliant example of the form. Bold and geometric but still delicate, they’ll be on high rotate if you’re lucky enough to nab a pair. Hey, it is nearly Valentine’s Day…
