Food
Zuma stands for contemporary Japanese cuisine with a modern twist.
The founder, Rainer Becker spent 10 years in Tokyo, where he developed this unique dining concept. Based on the Izakaya premise, dishes are meant to be shared, Zuma has refined its casual dining style.
A feast for the eyes, guests should sample delicacies from the extensive sushi and sashimi menu with the highlight being the Chefs Selection where all fish is imported from Japan.
From the grill, try the wagyu beef and their famous black cod.

With world class Mixologist Jimmy Barrat behind the bar and French DJ, Adrien Callier on the decks, the lounge at Zuma is a force to be reckoned with.
