We’re going to cut straight to the point, Seafire brunch is one of the best in Dubai. Live music, delicious steak, indulgent desserts and make-your-own cocktails. It was the best Friday afternoon we’ve had in a long while.
Set in Atlantis on the Palm Jumeriah, behind two huge wooden doors holds the best brunch style dining for all meat lovers.

Brunch and Bloody Mary’s go together like roast beef and horseradish sauce, however it’s a rare twosome you’ll find in Dubai. Not only do Seafire have the spicy tomato juice cocktail on the menu, you can to make it yourself with the help of a trusty barman – how fun!
We were in leafy heaven when we saw the Seafire salad bar
Unlike most brunches here in the UAE, Seafire pride themselves on a a la carte menu for the main course and four stations for the first course, which includes a seafood selection and an amazing salad bar or salad room should we say. This concept offers a more appealing dining experience and we found we didn’t overeat or over order due to fewer stations at the start and the plentiful platters that followed.

We couldn’t decide on what plates to order from the Endless Sharing Platters on the main menu, so we all agreed on ordering a bit of each rather than wasting silly amounts of food by ordering them all.
The waiter obliged and filled our table with Seafire Signature rib-eye steak, juicy lamb cutlets, braised short ribs and sea scallops. All of which were accompanied with dauphinoise potato, mac ‘n’cheese, potato croquettes, seared greens and coleslaw.
Why stop at one, when you can try them all?
The dessert room offered every comforting dessert you can think of. Crème Brulee, check. Eton Mess, check. Carrot cake, check. Chocolate brownie, check. Bread and Butter pudding, check-check!
With dessert down surprisingly, we didn’t make it as far as the cheese room but we do advise future revellers to save some space and step into this cheese haven.
In EW’s opinion the Seafire brunch is just what the doctor ordered for any gal and her pals after a long week in the office! The acoustic music sets the perfect ambience while you enjoy some fizz and devour sizzling plates of tasty meat – it doesn’t get much better than that does it?
