Health nuts and fitness fanatics listen up – there’s a big ol’ well-being festival set to take place later this year, filled with famous faces, activities and family fun.

The Sun & Sand Sports Fitness Fest, to be held at Skydive Dubai on November 4 and 5, will offer up free challenges and a bunch of competitions as well as talks from fitness celebs and healthy cooking shows.

Oh, and the festival’s going to be headlined by none other than Joe Wicks, aka ‘The Body Coach’, who shot to fame thanks to his popular ‘Lean in 15’ cooking and workout programme.

If you’re still not sure who he is, he’s this guy:

The best-selling author will be hosting a number of inspirational live talks, interactive cooking demos and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions as part of the festival’s Healthy Living Show.

“I am very excited to take part in the Sun & Sand Sports Fitness Fest,” said Wicks, who is based in the UK.

“I had so much fun the last time I came to Dubai, so I can’t wait to come back and inspire Dubai with my brand-new dishes and exercise tips.”
