The St Regis Dubai have launched their new signature suite, and it could just be the most decadent suite in the whole of the UAE, and that’s tough competition.
The St Regis Dubai have unveiled their grandiose Sir Winston Churchill Suite, debuted by the politician’s grandson, Mr. Randolph Churchill.
Named after one of the greatest statesmen in history, and the man that drove the British to help win World War II, the Sir Winston Churchill suite is spread across 913 square metres, making it the largest suite in the hotel. The suite is made up of a three bedrooms, a large living room, a formal 12-seater dining room, study, relaxing lounge area, spacious majlis.

However, the suite’s piece de resistance is a spiral staircase leading up to the central dome of the hotel, where you’ll find a rooftop plunge pool sat next to panoramic views of the city.

Inside the suite you’ll find 15 paintings and art pieces from the Churchill family’s archives. These include portraits and photographs of the legendary Sir Winston Churchill himself, as well as some of his own artwork.
Possibly the coolest items on show though is a well maintained Cuban cigar that once belonged to Churchill himself. It was taken from the private collection of the Chairman of Al Habtoor Group, Khalaf Al Habtoor.

Talking about the cigar, Chairman Khalaf Al Habtoor said: “I purchased one of Sir Winston Churchill’s cigars for my private collection last year. He was very rarely seen without a cigar in his hand. Once the decision was taken to name this spectacular suite after the wartime Prime Minister then it seemed fitting to share this piece of history with the future guests.”
