Here’s what the Crown Prince of Dubai did next.
His New York adventures had us wanting to book flights ASAP, but HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum isn’t done yet.
The Crown Prince of Dubai is still adventuring in the United States, moving on to Chicago and North Carolina since we last checked in with him.

Here’s what the royal affectionately known as Fazza has been up to…
Chicago, Illinois
Birthplace of deep-dish pizza and Kanye West (though that’s a bit of a dubious honour right now), the Windy City of Chicago has also now found a place on HH Sheikh Hamdan’s itinerary.
Fazza visited the Cloud Gate (more commonly known as The Bean) in Millenium Park, and shared this classic tourist snap.
The 100-tonne sculpture by British-Indian artist Sir Anish Kapoor was finished in 2006.
Sticking to the city’s must-do photo spots, HH Sheikh Hamdan also popped up to the Skydeck on the 103rd floor of the Sears Tower.
Hey, it’s no Burj Khalifa, but that’s still a pretty cool photo, right? Chicago is known for its architecture, and that’s got to be one of the best ways to see the city skyline.
As you can see from these shots shared to his Instagram story, HH Sheikh Hamdan also found time to catch up with a very young friend, and was joined at the Skydeck by HH Sheikh Saeed Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum.
All in all, we’d call that a successful visit. But he’s not done yet.
North Carolina
Ever the sportsman, HH Sheikh Hamdan has also been spending time at the Tryon International Equestrian Centre in North Carolina.
Set in some very lush countryside, the centre regularly hosts top equestrian athletes—HH Sheikh Hamdan now among them.
The prince was competing in an endurance ride.
While we’re sure it was tough going, there are worse spots for it, right?
We’ll keep you up to date as Fazza’s travels continue.
