EXPLORING THE NEW MENU AT HAKKASAN

hakkasan dubai

Hakkasan, the home of modern Cantonese cuisine in Dubai, has a brand new seasonal menu we’re exciting to sample. While taking inspiration from Hakkasan’s International Development Chef Ho Chee Boon, Hakkasan Dubai’s Chef Andy Toh takes special delight in creating dishes with the local diner in mind – “The new dishes are derived from our ongoing conversations with guests, who enjoy being able to choose from a combination of Hakkasan’s classic signature items and dishes which are created specifically with them in mind.” So what can you expect? Try these sumptuous delights: osmanthus wagyu beef rib eye,  wok-fried sweet and spicy scallops and braised sea treasure supreme soup, inspired by a customary Chinese fish broth that usually features heavy tones of Chinese black vinegar and pickled green chilli. Yes please! For reservations call (04) 384 8484 or email reservations@hakkasandubai.com
