As part of its 50th anniversary celebrations, Pronovias has released its first bridal fashion book.
Titled 50 Years Dressing Dreams the glossy coffee table book reflects 50 years of bridal fashion, looking at it from various angles – offering social, historical and economic perspective, integrating the creation and evolution of the brand into this context.
In the detailed book, which is a mix of descriptive text and stunning images, Pronovias pays tribute to brides around the world and also celebrates some of the most iconic weddings amongst royalty and Hollywood. From Princess Diana’s grandiose gown to Brigitte Bardot‘s simple A-line dress, the book documents some of the finest bridal ensembles.
Alberto Palatchi, president of Pronovias said of the book, 50 Years Dressing Dreams: “This book commemorates our first 50 years of love for trade and for the dreams that come true. A lifetime. For this reason, we wanted to share our history and our essence with all brides around the world.”
The book was written by historian and journalist Charo Mora and includes Pronovias’ most interesting anecdotes. The company wants to share this work with the world through a link on the website where users can download the book and enjoy never-before-seen materials and videos.
