These past few months have marked a new beginning for Priyanka Chopra, who married Nick Jonas back in December. She is now embarking on a new journey career-wise too, as she shot a Youtube Special, where she interviews three inspirational women.
The Bollywood beauty announced that she was working on the special back in January, as part of the viral 10 year challenge trend. The series, which is called If I Could Tell You Just One Thing, based on the best-selling book of the same name by author Richard Reed, follows the newlywed actress as she interviews designer Diane Von Furstenberg, actress Awkwafina, and Olympic gymnast Simone Biles. Each woman shares her personal story with Priyanka, and give her some actionable pieces of advice.
In celebration of International Women’s Day, YouTube announced a slate of female-focused programming, which includes Priyanka’s If I Could Tell You Just One Thing, which comes out on March 27. After the announcement, the 36-year-old took to Instagram to share the promo for the special, writing, “There is so much we can learn from each other…I’m grateful to @dvf, @simonebiles and @awkwafina for joining me on my show and sharing so many amazing stories as you’ll see on #JustOneThing – my new @youtubeoriginal special, releasing on 27th March, 2019.”
This is not her first major project in 2019, as she has had a movie released last month, Isn’t it Romantic, where she starred alongside Rebel Wilson and Liam Hemsworth. She also played a leading role in the Jonas Brother’s comeback music video Sucker. She supported her husband and his brothers alongside Daniella Jonas, Kevin Jonas’ wife and Game of Thrones actress, Sophie Turner, who is engaged to Joe Jonas.
