Enjoy a brunch that’s actually focused on breakfast food
We all know what a Dubai brunch really entails—it’s basically the biggest lunch of your life, where you eat and drink so much you’re asleep by 5pm. Bistro Des Artes, however, is all about an authentic Parisian brunch experience (ie it starts before 1pm). Expect traditional pastries, crepes, cereals, fresh eggs, pancakes and even a duck burger, plus plenty of juices, coffee and tea. Eat your way around the amphitheatre
This weekend marks the 11th annual Taste of Dubai food festival, with three days packed full of tasty nibbles, cooking classes and live entertainment (including a concert headlined by We Are Family crooners Sister Sledge). This year there’s also something called the Italian Pavilion, so expect to fill up on plenty of authentic pasta.
