The style savvy already know that to bag a great bargain the web is where it’s at. However, chasing the best deal can be time consuming, but not anymore. Enter Shoptagr a new application that allows you to ‘tag now and shop later for less’.

With recent statistics from research company yStats.com revealing that e-commerce is booming, with clothing being the number one product purchased in business to consumer e-commerce, the just launched web application couldn’t have come at a better time.

According to co-founders Jonathan Friedman and Ronen Yuval-Hoch “retailers use special pricing software that results in prices changing more often than consumers can keep track of, leading to many missed shopping opportunities. Online sales shopping can be really frustrating. Shoptagr should be the answer to those problems.”

Shoptagr works with clothing partner sites including as asos.com, Bloomingdale’s, Shopbop, Zalando, Nordstrom, net-a- porter.com and many others. Essentially shopping from our favourite style sites has become much more affordable.

The site is so easy to use with videos and step by step guides to help anyone who may be confused. Here’s how to do it. Simply download the Tag button to your browser bar, then whenever you see an item you like, on any of the Shoptagr’s partner sites, you just need to click once on the Tag button in the browser bar. From there you select your size, preferred colour (if an option) etc. You will also be given an option to choose not only how you would like to receive you alerts in your emails once there has been a price drop, but you can also decide what price change to alerted by – any price or 25 per cent discount.

With the e-commerce market in the UK, France and Germany worth around Dhs960 billion, Shoptagr is initially targeting the European market with plans to eventually take it worldwide. A mobile version of the application is also in the pipeline.
