Home sweet home

Moroccan-British model Nora Attal is the face of high-street brand Zara’s latest campaign. The Spanish label took the 19-year-old along with Marte Mei and Sara Eirud to Marrakech to shoot their Spring-Summer 19 collection.

Nora took to Instagram to share some shots from the campaign, which is photographed by Christian Macdonald and styled by Karl Templer. In the photos, the supermodel is seen alongside Marte, as they model Zara’s SS19 collection in the desert, with sand dunes serving as the perfect back-drop. It looks like the brand chose Morocco as their shoot location, as it seems like the line has been inspired by the North African country. The model’s sported black loose dresses, kaftans and long cardigans stripped cardigans with matching trousers in a neutral beige colour palette.

This is not the model’s first campaign, as Nora was part of Alexander McQueen’s SS19 campaign in January. Moreover, she landed her first major campaign for Chanel earlier this year, where she was shot by the iconic Karl Lagerfeld for the French fashion house’s SS19 Campaign. The model was first discovered by J.W. Anderson when she was 16, at a casting that took place at her school for the brand’s Spring/Summer 2014 campaign. She has since signed with Viva London, and sought out by every luxury brand to walk their runways.

She has had a very busy schedule during this fashion week cycle, as she walked numerous major shows during NewYork, London, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks. Some of the runways that Nora walked included: Brandon Maxwell, Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors, Tods, Dior, Chloe, Chanel, Hermes and Alexander McQueen.
