If we get to look this cool even once in our lives, we’ll be happy.

Sure, we want our exercise gear to be light and comfortable – but we also want it to look cool. Anything that makes us feel a tiny bit more like strapping on those running shoes is a good thing, and feeling a little bit stylish can do just that.

So we’re very interested in these new Nike shots starring Emirati style influencer Mthayel Al Ali and the sportswear brand’s new sneakers.

Al Ali looks pretty amazing in the Nike React runners, we think you’ll agree. She’s got 690,000 Instagram followers.

And in 2018, it makes sense for brands to be using ambassadors that represent a few more of their potential customers. With their Nike Pro Hijab, the brand have shown themselves to be a frontrunner in that area.

The React, which is billed as “a shoe for everyone,” is softer, lighter and bouncier than its predecessors, Nike says. They’re also impressively durable, the brand says.

With that level of comfort, we think they’re a tempting option even when you’re not actually going for a run. And as Al Ali’s pictures show, they can absolutely work as a casual option.

The Nike React is set to be released on February 22, so mark your calendars. There are Nike stores all over the UAE, and the shoes will also be available online. We don’t yet have a price for the sneakers.

Catch you on the running track (or maybe just wandering around the mall).
