Stop and smell the roses.
If there is one beauty ingredient that we love using in the Middle East, it’s the rose.

The properties of this romantic flower hydrate the skin, fight inflammation, boost circulation and relieve stress – it’s no surprise that we spot our beauty editor using it throughout the day in a form of a face mist.
For best results, apply the rose oil mornings with a gentle face massage to awaken the complexion, giving it a flushed healthy look. You can also add a few drops to your shower gel, shampoo or body moisturiser.
Battling dry skin? Make your very own scrub at home by mixing sugar, coconut oil and drops of rose oil and tackle those rough elbows and heels.
Our favourite way to incorporate it into our beauty routine is with a weekly mask. Pick a clay variety of choice (we love Goddess Skin Clay Mask from Charlotte Tilbury) and add a few drop of rose oil. It will activate the ingredients in the clay while it’s healing properties will help sooth any breakouts or redness. Leave for 15-30 minutes before wiping off with a muslin cloth.
