These Middle Eastern designers brought glamour to the Oscars red carpet
Priyanka Chopra wears Arab designer to Vanity Fair party alongside Nick Jonas
Fitted silhouettes, daring neckline and thigh-high splits ruled supreme with many choosing Middle Eastern designers like Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad and Tiffany Haddish in Rami Kadi.
Priyanka Chopra skipped the Oscars and arrived at Vanity Fair event with her husband Nick Jonas wearing Elie Saab. The Lebanese designer was a popular choice among other celebrities like Heidi Klum and Michelle Yeoh.
Lupita Nyong’o was also absent from the main event, but made up for it by stepping out in a feather white Oscar de la Renta gown. Taylor Hill went against the standard dress code and turned up in a tailored tux from Ralph Lauren with blue eye makeup created by Hung Vanngo.
