This time around, Cinco has dressed young woman from his homeland. Isabelle Duterte is the granddaughter of the Rodrigo Duterte, president of the Philippines since 2016. For her recent 18th birthday, she opted for a stunning cobalt ball gown covered in Swarovski crystals.
We first saw pictures of the dress before Duterte’s party, on Cinco’s Instagram, but the designer has now shared an image of the dress on its owner.
Kind of gorgeous, no? She looks incredible.
So elegant. The colour is beautiful, for one thing, and those crystals add so much detail. It’s a bit of a princess moment, for sure.
Before saying exactly who the dress was for, Cinco had teased it with a couple of images on the social media platform.

We’re swooning over that ombre skirt. It’s on a completely different scale to what we wore on our 18th birthdays, that’s for sure. Duterte is unlikely to feel that same “I can’t believe I thought I looked good” cringe when she looks back on her party.
The birthday girl is a bit of a social media star, too, with over 41,000 followers.
