She took a break from her maternity leave.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made an unscheduled appearance at the New Zealand House in London to pay tribute to the 50 victims of the Christchurch mosque shootings.

At the request of The Queen, the soon-to-be parents met the ambassador and then signed a book of condolences with Meghan writing ‘Our deepest condolences… We are with you,’ and Harry added “Arohanui,” which means ‘With deep affection.’

Duchess of Sussex wore a black Gucci coat and made a touching tribute through a pair of Boh Runga earrings, that were gifted to her by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.

The shootings took place on March 15 across two mosques in the area. The act is considered the worst mass shooting in the country’s history.
