What advice can you give to those looking to improve their wellbeing at home?

Create space by choosing to let go of what does not serve you anymore (this could be physical things you tend to hold on to or emotions that weigh you down) and from a space of inspiration…breathe, smile before you take action towards that future you want to step into.

Summarise the experience at the Farm in one sentence.
