The British superstar picked up Best Actress at the Hollywood Film Awards.
She’s collected many a trophy over her distinguished career, and now Kate Winslet has another one to add to her mantelpiece (if there’s even any room left).
The British star won the Best Actress title at the Hollywood Film Awards in the US on November 5, however the Titanic lead looked to the Middle East for style inspiration on the night.
The 42-year-old relied on Lebanese label Elie Saab for her red-carpet outfit, sporting a black jumpsuit with lace panelling.
The sharply tailored number, which features structured shoulders and a streamlined silhouette, ensured Winslet made a statement on stage as she picked up the award for her role in Wonder Wheel.
Winslet, who plays the wife of a carousel operator in the Woody Allen film, was later congratulated on her win by Saab on social media.
“For the occasion she wore a black Elie Saab Ready-to-Wear jumpsuit,” the label revealed.
Winslet wasn’t the only A-lister that looked to Lebanon for the awards, with Mary J Blige picking up a win in Zuhair Murad.
The singer, who took home the Hollywood Breakout Performance Actress Award for her role in Mudbound, wore an embellished dress coat and sequinned mesh top from the Beirut-based designer.
Allison Janney, who won the Best Supporting Actress gong for I, Tonya, went for an ensemble by Lebanese designer Rani Zakhem.
With a fluid shirt and sequinned fishtail skirt, it was a fusion of pared-back minimalism and all-out glamour.
