If you’re an avid YouTube watcher, you’ll have likely heard of Casey Neistat.
He’s the king of daily vlogging, a video format where you record, edit and upload a video of your life every day for the internet to see.
Casey recently paid a quick trip to Dubai, where he not only spent time skateboarding behind a Lamborghini, but also got a chance to go flyboarding down at the Dubai Marina.
Not bad for a 24-hour layover.
However, in his video on the way over to Dubai from New York, Casey received an upgrade with Emirates from business class to first.
So if you’ve ever wondered what first class was like on the world’s best airline, here’s what we learnt from Casey’s video:
- FYI, a first class ticket is rather pricey.
2. You don’t just get a pack of peanuts, no. You got a whole snack bowl.
3. Oh, and a writing kit… For all those contracts fancy first class people have to sign. Right?
4. You get an entire cabin to yourself, complete with little sliding doors.
5. They’re pretty roomy, too…
6. To your side, you’ll find a retractable drinks bar.
7. And in front of you, a little refreshment kit.
8. Some kind of tablet is used to control the TV.
9. Oh, and you don’t have to wait until a certain time to eat. Just order whenever. Yeah, that’s caviar.
10. Tired? You can turn your little cabin into a mini bedroom.
11. It actually looks pretty comfortable.
12. The absolute best part though? Look at the bathrooms. They’re huge.
13. You get 30 minutes to use them how you want. Casey takes a rest.
14. The dream – being able to shower on a plane. With hot water.
If you haven’t heard of Casey Neistat – he’s one of the fastest growing channels on YouTube, acquiring close to three quarter of a million subscribers every month.
Perhaps you’ll know him from one of his other viral videos, from when he took a snowboard to New York’s snowy streets behind a car:
