Is this the most only-in-Dubai hotel yet? Quite possibly.
Last April it was announced that a new dual skyscraper complex would house its very own realistically humid rainforest, and now images of what this indoors jungle will look like have been released.
The Rosemont Hotel and Residences, situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, will comprise of two 50-storey-tall towers – one a hotel, the other made up of serviced apartments.
The billed highlight of the Dhs2 billion complex, being constructed under the direction of ZAS Architects Dubai, is a 75,000-square-foot rainforest, which comes with its very own little ecosystem.

The futuristic attraction will use recycled water collected from condensation to imitate the climate of a real rainforest, plus a splash pool, cafe and artificial sandless beach will sit alongside it.
However the Jumanji-esque floor isn’t the only high-tech creation on offer – the Rosemont’s entertainment hub will also feature a skydiving simulator, plus a bowling alley and luxury cinema.
For children, there’s several play zones – one of which is a Jurassic-inspired marsh (dinosaurs not included).
As incredible as living in the serviced apartments would be, the hotel tower comes with several added perks. The lobby will be kitted out with a 3D projector, designed to beam paradisiacal images on to the ceiling, while the pool will feature a star-studded base.
It is situated several stories up, so guests can swim while surrounded by a bird’s eye view of the city.
The Rosemont Hotel and Residences complex is slated to open in 2018 – is it too soon to start planning a staycation…?
